Job Description
Our client a prestigeous law firm located in Atlanta is adding a Real Estate Closer to their team! The ideal candidate must be able to handle a high volume case load and handle the entire closing process beginning to end.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The candidate should be able to assist in all aspects of real estate loan closings, and oversee a wide variety of functions related to real estate / loan closings closings such as:
-Retail experience required
-Closing experience from start to finish
-Ordering and examining title
-Ordering lien searches
-Preparing closing documents
-Preparing loan documentation
-Preparing closing disclosure (CD)
-Preparing closing statements (HUDs)
Compensation comensurate with experience and a great benefit package. Job Type: Full-time 35 hour work week with overtime available
