Our client a large law firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal. Primary responsibility is to assist lawyers in the Business & Tort Litigation Group, including, but not limited to: conduct statutory, regulatory or factual research with respect to client matters; participation in due diligence and other reviews of client records and files; assisting in organization of client materials, including use of databases, imaging systems and other computer-based technology; arrange filings, mailings and service list deliveries with appropriate courts and/or other parties; under lawyer supervision – draft, edit, cite-check, conform and otherwise assist in the preparation of legal documents.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate a plus.
Minimum two (2) years of law firm experience as a Litigation Paralegal Experience using Relatively software highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to organize self and others.
Must possess strong analytical, research and communication skills.
Proficiency with computer-based word processing, spreadsheet and database applications and Internet research.
Ability to work overtime as needed. Compensation depending on experience.
