Job Description

 Job Title: Manager of Information Systems

We are seeking an IT Manager that will manage and maintain the computer systems and all technology related components for this fantastic company.

The IT Manager is solely responsible for systems, software, telephone system and all information technology requirements of the office. This is a hands-on role.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains the application database, programming and executing required reports and forms, reviewing and enforcing user and system security, and running/reviewing statistical and audit data for the purpose of verifying the proper separation of duties
  • Maintains user profiles
  • Inputs application changes received from the Accounting & Finance Manager and other staff members.
  • Conducts and/or arranges all hardware maintenance and support
  • Maintains contracts for service through third party vendors
  • Coordinates service visits by vendors and suppliers
  • Works in cooperation with the software providers to maintain the integrity of the application database
  • Conducts quarterly inspections of each staff member's computer to ensure that all settings comply with office policy
  • Writing and enforcing office policy as it relates to computer usage/technology
  • Budgeting and projecting needs of the office as it relates to all IT purchases
  • Manage all Trustee assets
  • Maintain all IT related Maintenance and Service Agreements
  • Daily file transfer from banking institution
  • Set up all new hires with technology needs (computer, phone, email, profile, etc…)
  • Maintain CCTV system

Requirements

  • A college degree
  • Work experience in the Information Technology field
  • Experience with hardware and software and deployment of various items
  • Knowledge of servers
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and maintain organization
  • Budgeting and procurement of all IT systems
  • Self-motivated and dedication to job completion
  • Able to work outside normal business hours when required

Computer Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional applications and Crystal Reports
  • Proficient in the use of following database/hardware systems:

o IBM (UNIX)

o Microsoft Windows Client/Server in a Local Area Network environment

  • Familiar with CISCO router configuration
  • Able to manage remote information systems
  • Ability to establish and manage Outlook user accounts
  • Ability to manage Mitel Telephone Systems
