Every candidate we work with must first satisfy the stringent requirements of our Proprietary 5 Step Screening Process. CambridgePartners personally interviews all applicants and conducts a review of references and credentials.
When appropriate we use standardized tests, specific to the type of candidate, to evaluate everything from knowledge to technical skills. Then we administer a series of proprietary tests to determine industry and job knowledge. We even use psychological "work attitudes" testing to evaluate work ethic and reliability. Additionally, we can customize our screening and interview process to accommodate any specific requirements you may have.
