Chris Fernandes, Vice President of Legal Support Services. Chris joined Cambridge Professional Group as a Recruiting Consultant in August of 1999 to start up the company’s Paralegal placement division. Chris is currently the VP of the recruiting team that places experienced paralegals, contract managers, legal secretaries and legal nurse consultants on both a direct hire and contract basis. Chris has 9 years experience in the legal search and staffing business. He has conducted searches for Fortune 100 companies and top law firms in the Atlanta & Washington DC markets. Chris also specializes in On-Site Project Management. Prior to joining Cambridge, Chris managed a clinical treatment team for 5 years in the Social Services industry. Chris’ clients and candidates benefit from his unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. In his personal time, Chris is an avid soccer player and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 year old twin daughters. |

Kasey Binder, Senior Legal Recruiting Manager. Kasey has been in legal recruiting since 1996 and a Senior Recruiter with Cambridge since 1999. Kasey first entered the legal profession as a paralegal in Louisville, Kentucky. She relocated to Atlanta with her family in 1991 and continued her career as a litigation paralegal. Kasey draws upon her 10 successful years as a paralegal to inform her work as a legal recruiter. With her extensive knowledge of law firms and her keen people skills, Kasey is able to provide outstanding service to her clients and to her candidates. Kasey’s continuing success relies on her extensive network of relationships built and maintained during her decade as a recruiter. Today, Kasey concentrates on staffing law firms and corporations with Legal Secretaries, Paralegals and Human Resource Department personnel.

Hallie Pinstein, Senior Recruiting Consultant is a veteran of the staffing industry with over 11 years of experience. She has been with Cambridge since May 2000. Hallie received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Kansas in 1994. At Cambridge, Hallie manages the temporary placement of legal secretaries, administrative assistants, receptionists, executive assistants and other general office personnel. In addition, she assists law firms and corporations in filling permanent administrative support staff positions. Hallie enjoys the close client and candidate relationships she has developed over the years and constantly strives to deliver top quality service.

Lois Noble has held the position of Recruiting Assistant since joining the staff of Cambridge Professional Group in June of 2002. In that capacity, her primary focus has been candidate reference checking to ensure that Cambridge sends only highly qualified candidates to our clients. Prior to joining Cambridge, Lois was a high school math teacher for over ten years in the Montgomery County, Maryland and Fulton County, Georgia school systems. Lois holds a BA in Mathematics from Emory University, as well as a Masters Degree in Education.

Gillian Sher has been working with Cambridge for 12 years, joining the company as the receptionist / administrative assistant as part of the original Cambridge team. She was promoted to Office Manager and remained in that role when the company was purchased in 1999. Gillian, her husband and two daughters emigrated from South Africa in 1986. Prior to leaving South Africa she held the position of District Secretary for B'nai B'rith District 24. Melissa Miller Pennington, Recruiting Consultant with the legal support team, joined Cambridge in 2005. Prior to joining Cambridge, she worked for a civil engineering firm as a recruiter and human resources generalist. She has also enjoyed success as a recruiter for an international staffing company. Melissa’s clients benefit from her ability to communicate clearly and to develop a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. In her private time, Melissa enjoys volunteering for various non-profit organizations such as Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the American Cancer Society.
