Stephen D. Stone, Esq., CPCC Vice President, has over a decade of experience in the legal search industry. He was a top performer at both a regional and a national recruiting firm prior to joining Cambridge in January of 2003. Steve received his bachelors’ degree in Political Science from Florida State University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He began his legal career in Tampa, practicing in the areas of bankruptcy and real estate. Steve returned to his native Atlanta where he practiced general corporate, technology and intellectual property law before becoming a legal recruiter in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida and is a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants. Steve is also a professional coach, having received his CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) designation from The Coaches Training Institute, an International Coach Federation accredited institution. He speaks and writes frequently on the topics of career transition and the legal industry in general. Most recently, Steve was appointed to serve a three year term on the Stetson Lawyers Alumni Advisory Council. Jeff Schoenberg, Esq., Director of Partner and Group Placement. Mr. Schoenberg joined Cambridge Partners in 2005. He holds a bachelors degree from Princeton University and a law degree with honors from UNC-Chapel Hill. Jeff began his legal career in the litigation section of a prestigious Atlanta law firm. He has experience in the areas of directors’ and officers’ liability, trade secret and complex environmental impairment litigation. Jeff left law practice to start his own business and to pursue his interest in public policy. He served as senior staff to members of both the U.S. House and U.S. Senate, providing expertise in policy issues and in customer service, staffing and management. He continues to be active in an advisory role in elective politics. |

Monica Hicks, Director of Contract Legal Services, joined Cambridge Partners in 2007. She specializes in the recruitment and placement of contract attorneys. With her background in marketing and customer service, Monica brings novel skills to the process of developing candidate relationships. She is enthusiastic in her belief that she can best serve Cambridge clients by providing candidates with services that help build their careers. Robert Jackson, Esq, Director of Attorney Recruitment, joined Cambridge Partners in January 2008. Before joining Cambridge, Mr. Jackson worked as an attorney recruiter with an international recruiting firm. Mr. Jackson earned a B.A. in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Michigan in 1992, and his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1994. He began his legal career practicing labor and employment law with an international law firm based in Chicago, Illinois. Later, Mr. Jackson relocated to Atlanta, where he practiced in the Atlanta office of another large law firm. During his tenure as a practicing attorney, Mr. Jackson was actively involved in recruiting activities on behalf of his respective law firms. In his spare time, Mr. Jackson can be found indulging his two boxers, Jake and Maxx. |

Vincent Stewart, J.D., Director of Partner and Group Placement, has over twenty years as a business and legal professional in a combination of industries, including law, media and sales. Vince earned his undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Telecommunications (Broadcast Journalism) from the University of Florida. After seven years in the business world, Vincent returned to law school in 1997 where he was an ATLA trial team member and served as both Student BAR Association Secretary and President. Vincent possesses a vast knowledge of industry trends, which has served him well sourcing and placing talented attorneys in a variety of practice areas with major law firms and corporations. Vincent is instrumental in advising corporations and law firms on a wide range of initiatives including, staffing, recruiting, and diversity matters. Vincent’s involvement in civic activities includes: has served as Chairman of the Board for the Fulton Industrial Boys Association, Scoutmaster/Adult Leader for the Boy Scouts of America troop 680, a member of the Atlanta Kiwanis Club 1997, and as a Council member of the South Atlanta Academy of Law and Social Justice, Board member of the Diversity Pipeline, Inc. and has been involved with the Atlanta Legal Diversity Consortium. |

Susan A. Campbell, Esq., Managing Director of Business Development, joined Cambridge Partners in May 2007 with four years of legal recruiting experience with international legal recruiting firms. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration/Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree from Campbell University School of Law. She began her legal career in Charlotte, NC practicing medical malpractice defense litigation with a boutique litigation firm. Desiring to use her business background she left trial practice and joined Thomson/West to develop their Westlaw product. During her twelve years with Thomson/West she worked closely with law firms in North and South Carolina, South Florida and finally, Atlanta, GA. She regularly won the national President’s Club Award. She also has experience with federal and state government agencies and worked with the Bureau of National Affairs. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. She is very active with the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) having served for three years on the GAWL Foundation Board and is currently serving her second term as VP of Membership on the GAWL Board. She places a premium value on women attorneys helping each other. She particularly enjoys and has had success consulting with partners on how to use contract attorneys and paralegals strategically and routinely in their own practice to keep corporate GC clients happy with their legal fees and creating win/win ‘triangle’ agreements between the law firm, the GC and Cambridge. |

Kimberly Daniel joined Cambridge Professional Group in 2010 as the Director of Business Development for CambridgePartners. Kimberly is an experienced staffing professional with 10 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry exclusively in the Atlanta legal recruiting market. At Cambridge, Kimberly leads the sales efforts to provide temporary, project and direct hire staffing solutions in the attorney and legal support staff divisions with a traditional focus on candidate quality and client service. Her success in turn has been built on a strong client focus, quality service, and ethical business practices.
