Chris is currently the VP of the recruiting team that places experienced Accounting and Finance Professionals on both a direct hire and contract basis. Chris has 9 years experience in the legal search and staffing business. He has conducted searches for Fortune 100 companies and top law firms in the Atlanta & Washington DC markets. Chris also specializes in On-Site Project Management. Prior to joining Cambridge, Chris managed a clinical treatment team for 5 years in the Social Services industry. Melanie Perry, Executive Recruiting Consultant, joined CambridgeFinancial in 2008 with 6 years of experience recruiting professionals for a regional consulting practice and a Big 4 firm. Her expertise and focus have been in audit, tax, finance, and accounting operations with clients in public accounting, manufacturing, software, consumer products, news and entertainment, financial services, telecommunications, and the food and beverage industries. Melanie’s entire recruiting career has been in Atlanta as she is a Georgia native who attended Augusta State University. |

Kara Edmonds, Recruiting Consultant, specializes in the recruitment and placement of Accounting & Finance professionals on both a direct hire and contract basis. Kara's background in psychology and counseling has given her unique skills in developing and maintaining relationships with professionals in the recruiting industry. Kara especially enjoys the daily interaction with both prospective job seekers and potential hiring managers that this position affords. Kara is a native of Atlanta, and after attending college and graduate school out of state, is glad to be back home. Kara received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University. |

Shannon Gwinner joined Cambridge Professional Group in 2010 as the Director of Business Development for the Finance and Office Support divisions. Shannon is an experienced staffing professional with 10 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry exclusively in the Atlanta recruiting market. At Cambridge, Shannon leads the sales efforts to provide temporary, project and direct hire staffing solutions in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Office support with a traditional focus on candidate quality and client service. Her success in turn has been built on a strong client focus, quality service, and ethical business practices. Shannon attended Young Harris College where she obtained her Associates in Liberal Arts and then went on to receive her Bachelors in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University in 1994. |
