Steve Sullivan, President, is a veteran of the staffing industry with over twenty years of senior management experience. Since 1999 he has led the transformation of Cambridge Professional Group, first, to a full service legal staffing company, and then to a multi-specialty professional search and staffing organization. Previously, Steve served as President of J&C Nationwide, a national provider of physician staffing services, where he led the successful turnaround of a 20-year-old staffing company which had fallen on hard times and foreclosure. Prior to J&C, he was Director of Operations for Norrell Corporation, a $1 billion staffing company. At Norrell, he was recognized for excellence in operations and innovations, changes which saved money and improved client service. He also held the role of Director of Operations for Norrell’s Health Care Division, a nationwide provider of home health care and facility staffing through 105 branch offices. Steve began his career with Westinghouse, managing finance operations in the company’s Southeastern Region. He went on to oversee the consolidation of U.S. financial operations for Ingersoll-Rand Co., a $25 billion capital equipment manufacturer. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Mercer University and received a BBA in Business / Finance. |

Jeffrey Noble has been the Chief Financial Officer of Cambridge Professional Group since April 1999, when he and his business partner, Steve Sullivan, purchased the Company from its former owner. Mr. Noble has more than 20 years experience in the professional staffing industry, and from 1982 through 1991, Mr. Noble served as the CFO, as well as Board Member and principal shareholder, of CompHealth, the nations largest Physician Staffing Company. In addition to his duties at Cambridge, Mr. Noble holds the CFO position at National Energy Services, Inc., a national lighting maintenance company whose headquarters is in Roswell, Georgia. He has held that position since March, 1995 when he became a major shareholder in NES. Jeff lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with his wife Lois, who also works at Cambridge. Jeff has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami, where he graduated in 1970. |

Lillian Williams joined Cambridge Professional Group in September of 2004 where she provides administrative support in the accounting department. Lillian assists with account payables, payroll, account receivables and human resources. She completed her high school diploma in December of 1990 and she also graduated from Garlandale Secondary High School in Cape Town, South Africa. |
