Step 4 – Background Checks Done On All Our Employees
Investigates criminal records, credit reports, driver’s license reports and more
Reveals 1 in 10 candidates have something to report

Step 5 – References & Employment Verification
Process done in-house by full-time Cambridge associates
Our policy requires a minimum of 2 references covering at least 5 years of employment history from a direct manager or supervisor
